A request made through our website, by email or by message is not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm a time. Your appointment is confirmed only once we've confirmed it with you.

We'll do our best to give you your preferred stylist, date and time, but we can't guarantee them. If we can't accommodate a request, we'll offer alternatives.

Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you, and let us know as early as possible if your plans change.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices vary by stylist and by the length and condition of your hair. Prices marked "from" are a starting point; we'll confirm the price at your consultation before we begin. Some services are priced on application after a consultation.

We may change our prices from time to time. The price that applies is the one we confirm with you before your service.

Students receive 20% off with a valid student ID, and children under 16 receive 30% off. These discounts don't apply to retail products.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price. This reflects the time we set aside for you that we're unlikely to be able to fill.

We won't charge a cancellation fee if you cancel because of circumstances genuinely beyond your control; just let us know. If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we'll tell you as soon as we can and there's no charge to you.

Before your service, please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, medical conditions or medication that could affect your service. For some colour services we may recommend a skin (patch) test beforehand, and we may decline or change a service if we believe it isn't safe for you.

For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the salon. Assistance animals are always welcome.

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that they'll be provided with due care and skill. If you're not happy with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look at it with you. Where a service doesn't meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a remedy such as having it fixed or a refund.

Applying to be a hair model doesn't guarantee you'll be selected. If you're chosen, we'll explain the session and service before it starts, and you can decline at any time. We'll only photograph or film you for promotional use with your permission.

Products bought from our online store at store.salonxpapas.com are sold under the store's own terms, shown at checkout.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but prices, availability and team details can change. Please check with us if something is important to you.

The content of this website, including our logo, text and photography, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal use, but please don't copy or use it commercially without our permission.

Please don't misuse our website or forms, for example by submitting false information, sending spam or trying to interfere with how the site works.

Our website may link to other websites, such as social media. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded or limited.

We handle your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you make a booking applies to that booking.
